Green Pear Juice

Ingredients

 

1 asian pear
2 handfuls spinach
1/2 lemon

How-to…

1. Wash all fruits and vegetable thoroughly in cold water.
2. Cut lemon in half and peel half of it.
3. Cut pear in half.
4. Juice: Start with a little bit of spinach, followed by a bit of lemon and then pear. Continue this back-and-forth until everything is juiced.

5. Pour into a wine glass and enjoy!
